New Chinese eatery in town
It wouldn't be wrong to call Chinese food as a staple choice of Pakistanis, at least mine is. Giving my staples full chances with the options what my city is offering is a must try and why not?
Sindhi Muslim is the place for any foodie to dig in to ever growing food industry, this street have become the right place for budding mushrooms.
Came across BamBou hype on social media, my inner foodie marked this place in mandatory visit list.
Without a doubt this place is well designed , sophisticate interior and gives a very warm and welcoming feel. Full marks for the ambiance and overall placement.
Coming to the food this place lack a lot of technical detailing, the most important of all was lack of single serving option, for a couple of two family serving is a total waste in terms of quantity and pricing.
I love ordering all possible favorites from the menu let alone more then 3 options for soups, sadly they do not offer any single serving.
Not just single serving options was missing but the serving size was quite unappealing, in fact it was disappointing.
Either food was over sweet or over spicy , it incredibly lacked balance. It is very rare of me to come home unsatisfied with a Chinese venture but BamBou despite nice ambiance and friendly service, it lacked the most important thing i look into food and that it taste! Too sweet or too spicy is a red mark for a Chinese eatery, wake up chefs.
This place have potential to get better and popular with time .I will definitely give it another chance.
