Kababjees -worth the hype?
Being a member of Facebook food group , you cannot just ignore good reviews but to find it out yourself is a compulsory charge specially when you are a blogger.
Well recently there have been more then many good reviews about Kababjees , literally every other post.
Well couldn't tame my curiosity, took my family to this super popular eatery.
We went to M.Ali branch, someone from the crew directed us to 3rd floor. Here is one most important thing I strongly felt was ; their server was not even well spoken let alone Urdu. Well language wasn't the issue it was the over all service style.
Anyways our food arrived which was another set of disappointment. Karahi size was gigantic but food serving was shamelessly small. We never had this scantily served karahi ever.
Rango kababs were fine but the was sauce or chutney you say was the star.
Dhakka chicken was good as well with rich creamy sauce. Afghani boti was fine as well but their masala broast was the totally failure.
Although it was very well presented with a generous amout of tangy dip but what's the point when it is not properly cooked?
Called their server to see uncooked batter falling off the chicken. D
Interesting response : he looked into it , oh yes just a plain stare and walked away without saying a word. 5 minutes later he showed up with a comment card in hand .
Not even an apology or replacement of our order all he said is ;" leave your complain here"
That's it! Yes this was all. No hospitality or professionalism!
Not going back again! Definitely
